Hot Chicken Salad

What You Need:

  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded

  • 1 cups cooked rice

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 can Cream of Chicken soup

  • ½ c mayonnaise

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

    Directions:

    Mix all ingredients & place in a buttered baking dish. (Can spray with Pam) Cook in 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Top casserole with crumbled potato chips & bake 5 more minutes.
