Ingredients

*2 chicken breasts
* 5 oz Parmesan (or more)
* 2 cups chicken broth (I use bouillon)
* 1/2 cup heavy cream or 1/2 and 1/2
* 1.5 tb minced garlic
* Salt & Pepper to taste
* Cajun/creole seasoning (optional)
* Oil of choice
* Parsley (optional)
* 1 lb favorite pasta (I prefer large shells or spaghetti)
Directions:

- Season chicken with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning.
- Heat 1-2 tb oil in a pan (I prefer a small Dutch oven) and cook chicken to 165° - med/low heat
- Remove chicken and add garlic to pan, cook until brown.
- Add chicken broth to pan and season with salt, pepper and Cajun seasoning all to taste.
- Add in pasta and cook to desired tenderness. Low/medium heat
- Once pasta is done pour in heavy cream and add parmesan. Mix together, add in cut up chicken and allow cheese to fully melt 2-5 minutes and serve.

If you want it creamier use 1.5 cups chicken broth - more liquid for spaghetti, less liquid for shells
