This recipe was submitted by Claire K. Sausage balls is a great Fall and Winter dish, and is one everyone love.

Sausage Balls

  • 1 lb. sausage

  • 2 cups Biscuit mix

  • 10 oz. sharp shredded cheese

Mix cheese with sausage by hand. Add biscuit mix. Sometimes I add a little water to help completely mix the ingredients together. Use 1 tbsp. to make each ball. Bake 15-20 min in 350 degree oven. Do not preheat oven. Can freeze sausage balls and bake later without thawing.
